1. We primarily use Elmer's glue for our slime, and we also support Australian businesses by incorporating glue made in Australia, such as Global Colours and Educational Colours.
2. Moreover, approximately 90% of our slime containers are manufactured in Australia using high-quality, recyclable plastic materials.
3. When you purchase from us, you get more value for your money, as 90% of our products start from a generous 250ml/8.5floz size, while many other slime shops sell smaller quantities of 120-150ml/4-5floz for the same price.
What is your refund policy?
Due to hygiene reasons, we don't accept return, exchanges or refund on any of our slime products. All products are final sale. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will do our best to make it right.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide your order number and images/videos of the product you received. We will review the information provided and send a replacement as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that we may not be able to make changes if your order has already been shipped.
How do I place an order on BokoiSlime online store?
To place an order simply browse our selection of slimes on our website an add the items you want to your cart. Then, proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address and payment information. Please ensure you enter your full name and the correct full address to avoid shipping issues/delays.
How long is the process time?
Please allow 5-7 full business days for your order to be processed and be shipped in Australia. For international orders please allow 8-10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Can I track my order?
Yes, we’ll send you a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Do you ship worldwide?
BokoiSlime currently offer international delivery to Only Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore and United States.
We are currently NOT shipping to Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and Austria.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size of your order. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before you finalise your purchase.
What happen if I put incorrect address?
Please contact the shipping provider (Australia Post) for more information with your tracking number. Once the order is in, we can't edit or change the address. We print shipping labels from the information you provide to us. We are not responsible for order with incorrect address or incomplete address. So please make sure you provide us with correct address before you purchase.
