Refund policy
At BokoiSlime, we take pride in creating high-quality, handmade slime that our customers love. We strive to ensure that every order is shipped accurately and arrives in excellent condition. However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong.
Due to hygiene reasons, we don't accept return, exchanges or refund on any of our slime products. All products are final sale. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will do our best to make it right.Â
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide your order number and images/videos of the product you received. We will review the information provided and send a replacement as quickly as possible.
Please note that we are unable to provide replacements for items that have been used or altered in any way. We also cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders that are lost in transit or delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs or postal service delays.
